Pan Am Taps Spaceport to Bring Its Iconic Brand to Roblox
We're excited to announce a new partnership between Pan Am Brands and Spaceport, a unique collaboration that brings one of the most legendary names in aviation into the world of digital play.
This partnership marks Pan Am's first foray into the metaverse and is designed as a blend of marketing and licensing for the brand. Together, we're launching a limited collection of branded avatar items on Roblox, introducing a new generation of fans to the spirit of adventure, design, and cultural cachet that made Pan Am a global icon. Pan Am’s presence on Roblox begins with a set of custom UGC (user-generated content) items inspired by their most beloved visual identity elements, from retro stewardess caps and flight bags to classic travel posters and jet-setter styles. These digital goods move beyond collectibles, offering the first foyer into a broader world where Pan Am can inspire curiosity, community, and nostalgia in entirely new formats.

This is both a licensing play and a huge strategic step toward reintroducing Pan Am to new generations of users worldwide who may not know the brand through its long history, but will come to love it through self-expression, digital fashion, and immersive worlds. Pan Am's approach is bold and self-aware, and while the brand's classic line might be "The World's Most Experienced Airline," this time, they aren't focused on flying planes. They're focused on flying through digital culture.

The initial collection includes both free and premium items, available exclusively through Roblox. Spaceport will handle full development, launch strategy, and creative execution in a deal that was brokered by Firefly Brand Management.
For Pan Am, it’s a test flight with serious potential: a way to explore how digital worlds can serve as a new takeoff point for brand relevance and resonance.
